REFUND POLICY
Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Cancellations received on or before May 5, 2027 will receive a refund of all monies paid minus the initial non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations received between May 6, 2027 and July 9, 2027 will receive a 50% refund of all monies paid, less the initial non-refundable deposit.
-
No refunds, exchanges, transfers, credits, or rain checks will be issued for cancellations received after July 10, 2027.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.

Booking: This is the official website for 3rd Coast Hip Hop Voyage.

You MUST book through this website to attend private exclusive events w/ the artist.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Late Payments:

Payments more than 7 days late will are subject to a $25 late fee.
-
Payments more than 30 days overdue may result in cancellation.

If anticipate a late payment, you must notify us in advance by email at admin@3rdcoastcruise.com to avoid penalties.

To keep your booking active, monthly payments are required,

Your booking must be paid in full by the final payment due of 5/5/2027.

Registration: Please register using your Full Legal Name as it appears on your government-issued ID.

Travel Documents: A passport is NOT required; however, you must have:

A certified copy of your birth certificate

A state-issued ID or driver’s license

Changes to your booking: Name changes, cabin changes, or other modifications may incur fees.

Itinerary Changes: The ship itinerary is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Carnival Cruise Lines.

Entertainment Changes: Although we do not anticipate changes, event schedule, artists, comedians, and DJs are subject to change without notice.

Wristbands & Badges

Wristbands and entry badges are non-replaceable

If removed or damaged, no replace will be issued unless you return the original wristband or an authorized swap.
